The Non-Immigrant ED Visa is for foreigners who wish to study in Thailand. It is commonly used for Thai language studies, university programs, vocational training, and certified courses.
If you are currently on a Tourist Visa or a 30-day exemption stamp, our team can process and secure your first 90-day Non-Immigrant ED Visa inside Thailand.
This visa can be extended in 90-day increments for up to one year.
To continue beyond one year, applicants must leave Thailand and restart the process.

Rules & General Conditions
The Education Visa allows foreign students to stay in Thailand for study purposes. Important rules include:
• Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time accredited program.
• Schools must provide official admission letters and supporting documents.
• Extensions are granted in 90-day increments, up to one year.
• Attendance and participation are monitored by the school and Immigration.
• Overstays or failure to attend classes can lead to visa cancellation.
• After one year, applicants must leave Thailand to renew the ED Visa cycle.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an ED Visa, applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Enrollment in an accredited Thai language school, university, or vocational program
• Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining
• Completed ED Visa application form
• Two passport-size photos (4×6 cm)
• Official admission or enrollment letter

• Additional documents may be required depending on the program
