This visa can be obtained at a Thai Embassy abroad or converted inside Thailand if you entered with a Visa Exemption stamp and meet all requirements.
Processing normally takes 3–4 weeks, and the initial stay is 90 days, extendable to 1 year.

• Applicants entering Thailand with a Visa Exemption may convert to Non-O inside the country.
• Applicants cannot apply if they have overstayed, even by one day.
• Each document must be properly signed and submitted according to immigration requirements.
